What's New in 2009

The 2009 International Poultry Expo and the International Feed Expo have added special sections that highlight the latest in poultry innovation. Like the Expo, Atlanta has also added new additions and below is just a few of the city’s recent developments.

New Downtown Restaurants
Downtown Atlanta‘s restaurant scene is exploding with flavor and new places to enjoy.

Luckie Food Lounge is adjacent to the Georgia Aquarium and has an ultra-chic interior and private dining area. The former auto parts warehouse adds to the downtown revival with a restaurant, sushi bar and DJ lounge. The eatery is accessorized with 2,200 gallons of salt water in three aquariums and a rooftop sky deck.

STATS, a new sports bar near the Congress Center, features table taps so diners can pour their own beer and a variety of private meeting spaces and viewing rooms.

Also nearby is Thrive, an upscale restaurant that combines the elements of delicious food and extensive drink choices with a luxury setting. Thrive’s space, located in Centennial Tower, is a unique blend of sleek, contemporary style designed by renowned architect Bill Johnson of The Johnson Studio. After hours at Thrive shifts from a gourmet restaurant to a hip lounge spot complete with a late night Sushi Bar.

Experience a night in Paris at FAB, featuring a long menu of traditional French fare and romantic turn-of-the-century décor. Take the spiral staircase past the private dining room and up to the canopied rooftop for a refreshing cocktail and breathtaking view of the city skyline.
